**About the Role**

If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team who enjoys creating strategy based on available data, look no further. As our District Operations Supervisor for the Indonesia Region team, you'll take the wheel in overseeing the supply management for Gojek's operations in the region. You'll get to oversee the entire operational driver spectrum at the district level, which includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilizations, driver acquisitions, driver engagements, and solving driver problems on the field. Working closely with the Regional Strategy team, you'll even get to localize the HQ strategy that matches the nature of the district. Your efforts will help ensure that our driver partners are given the attention, experience, and opportunities they deserve.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage day-to-day operations (2W and 4W), including: Driver acquisition management, driver engagement management (loyalty & retention and safety & performance training), driver exit management (i.e. drivers suspension), inventory management (driver attributes and driver warrant), and driver income through driver expenses reduction or providing alternative income (i.e. Swadaya, Promo Go)
- Collaborate with District Head for day-to-day escalated issues around driver services
Responsible for end-to-end processes for the walk-in center (Driver Support Unit) in the district
- Ensure SOP and legal compliances in the district
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to oversee branch and satellites operations
- Manage and evaluate all programs related with acquiring more drivers in the region
- Support ROH in product change roll-outs in Jabodetabek

**What You Will Need**:

- A relevant Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably at the managerial level in a multinational company
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills using various improvement tools and methods
- Good understanding of supply and demand planning
- Ability to handle communications within the community and in a mass conflict situation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to generate creative solutions for operational issues, and guide team into executing these solutions effectively
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in spoken and written English

**About the Team**

Our Indonesia Region team, a subsidiary of the Operation & Sales team, consists of hundreds of people based in Indonesia. Working alongside the product team, we are predominantly concerned with all things to do with our driver partners - their experiences using our services, their life cycle, their engagement with the company, and growing our driver partner family, just to name a few. The gist of our role is to oversee the supply within Gojek, including creating detailed business analyses, outlining problems, and developing solutions for our driver partners.

Our team enjoys what we do since we get to see the impact of our work reflected in our driver partners' everyday lives on the field. We're a fun group made up of avid readers, amateur gamers, divers, bikers, and (guilty) reality show watchers.
