**Financial Record Keeping**

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and trial balances.

Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and accounts monthly.

Process and record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**

Prepare, issue, and manage invoices to clients.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.

Process vendor bills and ensure accurate and timely payments.

**Financial Reporting**

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.

Generate and present financial analysis to support decision-making.

**Payroll and Compliance**

Process payroll and ensure accurate calculations of wages, taxes, and deductions.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and prepare tax returns as required.

Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.

**System Management**
