**Key Responsibilities** **Financial Management & Reporting**
- Maintain and oversee **day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reconciliations**.

- Monitor **accounts payable and accounts receivable**, ensuring timely payments and collections.

**Payroll & Employee Benefits**
- Manage and process **monthly payroll, employee salaries, and bonuses**.
- Oversee **BPJS, THR (13th-month salary), and other employee benefits** inaccordance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Ensure payroll transactions are **accurate, timely, and compliant with tax regulations**.

**Banking & Financial Operations**
- Manage **bank accounts, transactions, and international payments**.
- Handling **currency exchange and international transactions** related to villa sales andinvestments.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for financial agreements, loans, andtransactions.

**Internal Controls & Process Improvement**
- Establish and maintain **strong internal financial controls** to prevent errors and fraud.
- Implement and improve **accounting systems and financial processes** for betterefficiency.
- Ensure all financial records are **accurate, organized, and audit-ready**.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years** of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing, preferably in **real estate, construction, or hospitality**.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in **accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, orsimilar)** and Microsoft Excel.
- **Tax & Compliance Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **Indonesian tax laws, BPJS, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll regulations**.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and taxfilings.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionableinsights.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Bahasa Indonesia**.
