**What Will You Do?**:

- Initiate, identify, negotiate, execute and manage partnerships initiatives with other vertical partners ( e-commerce, offline store, mall, bank, etc) to support the growth company (new customer & GMV)
- Ensure a higher level of engagement with strategic partners
- Key Account Management for Strategic partners for New Business Opportunities/Enhancements
- Create partnership weekly and monthly report
- Interact with customers to facilitate marketing and sales initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams (online marketing, operational, business development, tech & product, customer service, etc) to see through the end-to-end partnerships

**What Will You Need?**:

- 1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Proven experience in a partnerships or relevant role
- Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions
- Ability to understand and manage the budget for partnerships (uses and finds improvements in the ways to measure and showcase the value)
- Understanding of market and product
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Have a strong relationship with partners (e-commerce, offline store, mall, bank, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing environment that is going through high growth
