- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal certification, or a related field; knowledge of commercial and contract law is essential
- At least 2 years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, preferably within a corporate or BPO sales environment
- ⁠Strong understanding of contract management, negotiation processes, and sales agreements
- Excellent legal research skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable insights
- ⁠Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional team interactions
- Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan
- Serve as primary legal support for the Sales team, providing assistance in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts, service agreements, and other sales-related legal documents in coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, legal)
