In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.

We are currently seeking dedicated, business-savvy professionals to join our People & Culture Function team as Manager People & Culture Business Partner, based in all main cities of Indonesia (Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Makassar).

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Develop and implement People & Culture strategy for the assigned function/s to support overall business goals
- Provide pro-active support to plan and implement business transformations or strategic organization change programs.
- Provide consulting, decision support and change management services to build value and competitive advantage through People & Culture.
- Advise functional management on leadership, managerial effectiveness, employee engagement, and on the various areas of People & Culture including Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Total Rewards and Industrial Relation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 5 years of HR experiences, preferably familiar with Performance and Talent Management concept
- Have good communication skills and business acumen
- Understand the entire spectrum of HR programs, Life Cycle & Processes, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, and basic knowledge of Labor Law etc.
- Demonstrate business acumen, the ability to see the ‘’bigger picture’’ and a hands-on mentality to deploy new initiative
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Willing to be based in all main cities: Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Makassar.
