**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all commercial teams and groups (category, brand acquisition, wholesalebuying, ops support)
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Drive GMV, orders, brands and commission (Evermos and Reseller)
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management and BOD
- Building and driving relationships with key vendors/sellers to improve pricing and quality of services
- Becoming a leader in category ranging, pricing and promotions across channels
- Managing budget development and revenue for the commercial

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of working experience, >2 years as people manager
- Proven experience as category head/senior commercial manager/category VP at Top eCommerce in Indonesia or Southeast Asia
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
- Hands on experience with analyzing data and making forecasts
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience building and managing sales programs including messaging, metrics, methodology, and tools.
- Experience in a high-growth company. Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
- Record of recruiting and enabling top talent.
- High caliber, dynamic personality
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
