**About the Role
As our Enterprise Risk and Governance Lead, you'll take the wheel in establishing various risk management frameworks and programs, as well as designing and executing risk related campaigns in efforts to cultivate a risk management culture centered around trust and confidence amongst our stakeholders.

As part of the Risk Governance team at our holding company GoTo, you’ll also establish a rigorous risk governance and risk reporting program to the Risk Management Committee and Audit Committee. Your efforts will directly bolster the continuous improvement of our ecosystem integrity aimed at further amplifying users’ trust perception of GoTo Group. **What You Will Do**:

- Being part of the GoTo group, the role provides support to the Risk Management Committee (RMC) which in turn supports the Audit Committee in the oversight of the Group's risks and mitigations, as well as the adequacy and effectiveness of the Group's risk management and internal control system.
- Promote a risk and control awareness culture within the GoTo through risk awareness programme (communications, workshops, dialogues) and sharing of past learnings
- Establish Risk Management learning programs for GoTo employees. Develop campaigns and provide training materials related to our Risk Programs to business leaders to increase employee risk awareness
- Act as the risk advisor and promote risk awareness and accountability amongst Management and Staff in the Holding and Operating Company
- Close engagement with the Operating Company’s ERM teams and business risk teams to establish risk strategies, identify, assess and monitor risks (including new and emerging risks as well as catastrophic risks) in a structured manner, and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans in accordance with the GoTos risk appetite and thresholds
- The role will also assist the Head GoTo Enterprise Risk Management in ensuring overall risk oversight for Operating Companyby reporting to the RMC and the AC on material matters, findings and recommendations pertaining to risk management.

**What You Will Need**:

- At least 3 years of related experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Experience in handling risk awareness training/programs is a must.
- Advance knowledge in Governance, Risk and Compliance related issues, and strong knowledge in recent compliance issues across industries / payment services.
- Strong organizational, internal engagement, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with Board/Management level Risk committees will be an advantage
- Broad experience with different business processes. Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical operational capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in order to quickly identify problem points, foresee potential breaches, and always be several steps ahead of the game
- Strong interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills in order to effectively install and stabilize new management processes and spearhead risk discussions amongst stakeholders of various levels
- Strong Excel and presentation skills, basic working knowledge in SQL
