**Title: Senior Accountant - Sanur**

**Description**:
An Exclusive Indonesian Distributor for Cruise Ships seeks a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our client's team in Sanur, Bali.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) for senior management and shareholder(s).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Manage tax reporting and compliance activities, including corporate income tax, payroll taxes, and other local tax filings.
- Stay updated with tax laws and regulations to ensure the organization's tax strategies are compliant and optimized.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and optimize tax obligations to ensure tax efficiency. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably within the Luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with internal stakeholder(s) and external auditors.
- Knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations may be required depending on the organization's scope of operations.
- Familiarity with the specific financial and regulatory environment of the Marine industry (not mandatory but it will be considered a plus)
