- Managing the Ground Operations Performance analytics as the support for the improvement activity in the Ground Ops Team.
- Collaboration with related operations functions by assisting the other functions in terms of Ground point of view.
- Managing data analytics support is really representative of actual operations
- Generating Ground Operations performance report

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Analytics in express logistics and/or similar industries
- Have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
