We are now seeking a position as a Cost Control** Manager** who will handle the following key responsibilities:

- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections of capital expenditure
- Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure best price and specification
- Working seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external
- Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers

- Manage and coordinate complete financial cycle such as vendor purchase orders, cost proposals and invoices
- Assist in developing reporting tracking tools and generates cost reports on regular basis including evaluation of earned value
- Validating the final award amount and scope based on contract documents including schedule
- Supporting the construction team with project close-out and final paymentsWe expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

- 5 years experience as cost control/quantity surveyor, specifically in High Rise Building or Project Construction
- Strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Good understanding and awareness of civil, mechanical, and electrical
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Min Bachelor degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Finance
