**YEN Signature is opening soon in Brawa, Bali, and we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.** This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing documentation, and providing support across various departments to maintain efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office records.
- Coordinate with different departments to support operational needs and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update databases in a timely manner.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Help prepare financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative processes.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with general accounting and financial processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
