An outstanding opportunity has now become available as we are looking for our **Head of Anti-Counterfeiting**, covering our business in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand and occasionally in other jurisdictions.The role reports directly to the Managing Director and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The **Head of Anti-Counterfeiting **is responsible for leading and developing a team with activities both in the field and in the office. Brand Protection deals mainly with market surveys and investigations into adverse activities such as counterfeiting, trademark violations, parallel trading, and enforcement through collaboration with Law Enforcement Agencies.

The Head of Anti-Counterfeiting determines the methodologies to be used for investigation cases varying in nature and complexity. The Head of BP plans, develops and implements programs so that the operational activities of the department run efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include:
Case Management
- Manage team towards successful completion of cases
- Define methodologies
- Supervise implementation of brand protection cases
- Represent the company towards clients and law enforcement

Development of department
- Capacity building
- Elaborate an annual program with quarterly objectives and targets
- Report to MD on quarterly achievements
- Development of new services and operational brand protection tools

Development of team members
- Team Management
- Performance management
- Recruitment

Support function to Sales & Marketing department
- Acting as source of technical expertise to support Sales Team
- Provide advice on the technical issues during the meeting with existing or potential clients
- Actively explore market opportunities
- Provide content for the newsletter

**Requirements**:
The requirements for this role are:

- Bachelor degree or higher, in a relevant discipline or field
- At least 6 years professional experience
- Good understanding of Intellectual Property laws and regulations
- Strong team leadership skills
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Adept at both field and office-based investigations
- Able to inspire and motivate a large team
- Knows how to write clear, concise and compelling investigation reports
- Planning mindset
- Organizational capability
- Communication across the company and across cultures
- High degree of integrity and strong ethics
