Customer Service Health-hygiene Operations

Responsible for overall CS operation for Health & Hygiene BU. The role of operation to manage and coordinate among distributors, sales, logistic, planners, and finance to ensure all the process ordering up to shipment is accordance with the agreed KPI, timelines and guidelines
He/She responsible also to lead projects for optimize, simplify, and improvement of Customer Service process.
You'll:
- Lead order Processing, monitor performance and respond to queries and questions,
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues and problems,
- Report and analyze performance, find opportunities to improve routine processes, making them more efficient and reducing the risk of errors,
- Work with sales team on order suggestion with consideration of stock availability, sales target, promotion calendar, shipment schedule for specific DB/accounts,
- Evaluate aging stock but saleable (remaining ED 6-12 months) at RB Warehouse and communicate to Distributor/Sales for special sales,
- Actively manage phase out - phase in if any NPD item, in order to minimize aging stock / write off,
- Work with Finance and Sales on credit review to minimize block order,
- Lead weekly call with Logistic & Demand Planning to review month to date orders and recommend action for fulfill monthly target,
- Prepare and present monthly KPI report : ID & Asean,
- lead projects for optimize, simplify, and improvement of Customer Service process.
