**Position Purpose**:
To ensure import operations all products are carried out effectively and efficiently, administrates and directs the transportation of the products, and makes sure that all the products have been delivered properly and on time.

**Description of Duties**:

- To report final order to regional, and doc Import realization
- Ensure exporter send RFI, Inv, PL / Request Inspection & its schedule, Survey Goods Based on RFI
- To ensure booking of shipment schedule, sending the shipping documents, Document checking, Cargo departed, EDI to custom & response lane, & Warehouse Receiving Report.
- To ensure invoicing process, receiving from regional, SAP invoice issuing, Finance process PIB, Payment PIB to bank
- Monitoring the shipments of import to ensure the compliance of regulations
- Monitor the update regulation relate to export import activities appropriate to the products/ field of company in order to maximize the delivery/shipment process

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, legal, economics or a similar field.
- Possessing 5 years of expertise in the same role
- Respected government institution networking is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in importation legal and license documentation
- Decisive in making decisions at critical times and whilst under pressure
- Good communicator and able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Solid experience in importation and regulatory and its documents
