**Responsibilities**:

- Documents management (Facility Agreements, Security Documents, Settlement/Restructuring Agreements etc.).
- Maintain records of all original land documents.
- Assist in getting annotation of cessie over the mortgage in the land documents.
- Liaise with 3rd party document custodian (MMI).
- Liaise with notary.
- Prepare administrative documents for pre-auction process.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a legal administrative role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and land records.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to liaise and coordinate with various internal departments and external parties.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal information.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
