YEN Signature is opening soon in Brawa, Bali, and we are looking for a warm and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. This position will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, providing them with a friendly first impression.
- Manage reservations and efficiently organize seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus while explaining any specials or promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation requests in a polite and timely manner.
- Maintain a clear waitlist and ensure guests are seated promptly, updating them on wait times as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure smooth service and seating rotations.
- Assist in resolving any guest issues or complaints with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Keep the front of the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications:

- 0-3 years of experience as a Host or in a similar role in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle busy periods with grace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
