We prioritise exceptional customer service, making every visit an indulgent and luxurious experience.

Join us as a Skincare Masterclass Host and play a key role in guiding our guests through immersive scent workshops while sharing your passion and expertise in beauty and skincare (we will provide you will all the training you need). We are seeking a confident, well-spoken individual with a strong personality, who can deliver our workshop script in an enjoyable and high-energy way. Previous experience in hosting or teaching groups is preferred, but not required. An active interest in skincare is a must.

Host our Skincare Masterclass Workshops
Ability to learn and memorise the workshop script
Deliver each workshop with high energy and passion
Be patience and calm with all customers
Prepare the workshop table - including making ingredients to exact recipies.
Tidy up after each workshop
Help book people into the workshops
Upsell the workshops to walk-in customers

Must-have Skills

Must have a previous experience hosting groups
Excellent English vocab
Ability to be adaptable
Very confident and outgoing
Be able to manage groups of people
Provide exceptional guest service and an enjoyable experience for all attendees

Salary & Bonus

We value hard work and dedication, so we offer a generous daily bonus on top of your standard salary. Our bonus scheme is based on daily sales, with the potential to earn an additional 200k/day

Monthly Salary: Rp 6,000,000
Potential monthly bonus: Rp 6,000,000
