**Job Description**:
**JOB SUMMARY**

To monitor daily operation and program evaluation, including work closely with marketing, faculties and student services to directly support student recruitment

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and review program planning, monitor the implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of the program by provide event report, including cost/lead
- Review, consult and understand finalization of event’ run down, ensure and coordinate with parties whom involved in the operation of the events; Ensure all person in charge of the event has been briefed and fully understand on own tasks
- Work closely with Student Consultant team to support school network program in order to generate number of leads or potential customers and review each program in order to develop improvement plan for the next event
- Work closely with marketing, faculties, student service and other department across university for possible join promotion programs for student recruitment, suggest effectiveness of program to direct supervisor
- Work closely with external (Partner, sponsor, speaker) to support the implementation of programs or events
- Responsible for Student ambassador arrangement to support student recruitment event
- Follow time schedule that has been set by supervisor and monitor distribution
- For every material promotion, advertorial and other needs related to collateral materials in timely manner
- Responsible for all promotion materials inventory of Student

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any majors.
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in related industry
- Has experience in planning and executing event
