**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide report and monitor daily activities of Retail Outlet Leader in a timely manner (attendance, daily cash report, supply checklist report, petty cash reconcile, gimmick report, or any other required report from Retail Supervisor)
- Providing schedule and staffing replacement of Retail Outlet Officer at respective area. Handle the roistering of store officers and ensure that all frontline staff in his given area has low absenteeism, low tardiness, is properly groomed at all times.
- Conduct regular visits to Service Points to ensure outlet standard guidelines are implemented.
- Assist Retail Outlet Officer to handle customer queries and complaints.
- Prepare and ensure proper petty cash float maintenance and report on a monthly basis.
- Monitor staff performance on a weekly basis and mentor training to the Retail Outlet Officer and report progress to Retail Supervisor.
- Assist Retail Supervisor to source the most cost-efficient local contractors and suppliers for the proper maintenance of store operations and maintain quality of retail experience, if needed liaise with Branch Manager.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimal Bachelor Degree from any major with related experience
- Experience in Retail Sales
- Experience in leading a team
- English Communication skill (written & spoken)
- Well-grooming and having a good personality
- Willing to work with high mobility around Bali area.
