You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

We are looking for **Project Coordinators,** who are natural problem-solvers and intensive thinkers As a **Project Coordinator**, you will be responsible for pitching different project ideas and taking the lead in their execution. You will have the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas and ensure their successful implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pitch and Lead Projects: present project ideas to stakeholders and manage them through all stages of development.
- Project Planning: take ownership of project planning and resource allocation.
- Implementation and Monitoring: oversee project implementation, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Reporting and Meeting Deadlines: generate timely project reports and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Process Management: ensure project processes run smoothly and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication and Coordination: act as a liaison between top management and project teams.
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies: adapt methodologies to suit project requirements.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: seek opportunities to improve processes and drive project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage.
