We are looking for an IT Solution Expert Finance [SAP FICO] who will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Your ‘day to day’
- Analyze existing business processes and propose solutions that will ensure the correct replication of all business transactions into cFIN
- Analyze and challenge business requirements where needed to find an optimal solution that will fulfil the business needs, enable global business processes, while ensuring future-proof system architecture
- Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Align the technical solution design with solutions architects prior to the implementation of new system functionalities
- Ensure that solutions are implemented in accordance to the design decisions and within the agreed timelines
- Experience with S4/HANA CFIN is a plus
- Actively contribute to further extend the global S4/HANA platform so that the existing ECC instances can ultimately be fully replaced

Who we’re looking for
- Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preference from Information Technology or related major
- Minimum having 5 years of functional and technical experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling domains
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities
- Eager to learn and develop within an international context
- Able to translate business requirements into system solutions using business process modeling
- Able to explain complex topics in a simple way
- Able to independently manage several tasks simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP. SAP Activate methodology is a plus
- Data migration and harmonization project experience are a plus
- Fluent English speaker with strong presentation and stakeholder management to support various regional clients with geographically dispersed teams
- SAP certifications are a plus
