**Resposibilites**:
- Define and execute on the strategy of domestic express opportunity for Ninja Xpress to engage Aggregators/Wholesalers for last mile volume.
- Identify customer needs from a product point of view, suitable for product management to define business requirements.
- Design and develop commercial plans including sales plans, pricing and business support for the product needs of Aggregators
- Accountable for vertical/industry strategy and commercial success of the product.
- Work closely with customer facing teams to ensure that our last mile services exceeds our customer's expectations.
- Work with country and regional teams to identify, develop processes and system based controls to meet minimum customer compliance requirements.
- Responsible to own the financial targets and measurements in the country.
- Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department.
- Work to stay updated on market best practice to grow our business from aggregators segment
- Identify competitors movement and to develop strategy to retain and grow our existing aggregators business segment
**Requirements**:
- 5- 7 years of experience in Business Development/Key Account Management and/or related commercial areas, preferably from the domestic express logistics industry.
- Must be goal driven and results oriented as portion of salary will be commission based
- Outgoing and persuasive personality
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales
- Strong existing working relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a good comfort level using enterprise software or CRM tools
