**Kualifiasi**:
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 semua jurusan
- Setidaknya memiliki pengalaman 10 tahun sebagai Customer Relation / Customer Management
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Industri Telco
- Memiliki pengalaman handle Business to Business (B2B) Partnership
- Mampu menjaga, menjalin koneksi dengan customer, serta bisa membawa networking baru
- Mampu menganalisa kepuasan customer
- Komunikatif & berpenampilan menarik
- Inisiatif tinggi & customer oriented
**Responsibility**:
- Membangun kepuasan customer dan meningkatkan komunikasi dan hubungan baik dengan customer
- Mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan Customer Focus & Costumer Events
- Mendukung dan menindaklanjuti hasil Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Customer Loyalty Index (CLI)
- Terlibat dalam kegiatan administrasi teknis
- Terlibat dalam perencanaan dan Account Management terhadap customer
- Mengelola project Perencanaan Strategis untuk memenuhi tujuan komersial dan memaksimalkan layanan secara keseluruhan.
Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan
Gaji: Rp15.000.000 - Rp25.000.000 per bulan
