Analyzing past and current financial performance, create financial and strategic analysis but not limited to forecasting, reporting as well as creating financial modelling and valuation for best decision support.

Evaluating financial performance by comparing as well as analyzing actual results with plans to keep the Company’s financial performance at very minimum risks.

Conducting Company’s strategic and financial analysis, calculating financial risk assessment and providing advises related to capital and cost structure.

Monitoring and reviewing current financial performance and achievements to ensure the Company is on the right track to achieve financial targets.

Bridging with investor(s) and/or lender(s), negotiating terms & conditions and helping to provide the best solutions for the Company’s decision making under fundraising and/or investment process.

Monitoring and managing compliance for the Company’s financing documents.

Reviewing and evaluating contracts together with internal or external legal teams to understand and minimize all of the risks under all agreements.
Must possess at least Accounting / Finance / Equivalent Degree.

3 to 5 years’ experience as a business analyst or any equivalent roles.

Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting and finance.

English is a must and having strong skills in financial modelling and capital budgeting.

Experience in fundraising process and/or project financing process.

Any relevant professional certification related to finance or accounting is a plus.

Proactive, ability to work under pressure and having “can-do” attitude.

Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.
