**About this job**

**Responsibilities**
- Visualize back-end data structure by viewing front end presentation delivery (tabulations, charts, and graphs)
- Manage large sets of data (Survey Data including data type both numeric and label)
- Build formulations in Excel and Power BI
- Ability to re-engineer pre-existing charts into visualizations platform such as Power BI or Tableau that can be automated
- Reviews automation setup files for errors and inconsistencies
- Use internal tools and data sources
- Understand complexities in data structures and output formats
- Strong internal communication skills and ability to manage conversations with stakeholders independently
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and provide an update on a weekly basis
- Follow and ensure 100% compliance to all projects SOP’s

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years professional work experience, open to fresh graduates
- Proficient in Power BI platform
- Strong skills with Microsoft platform: Excel VBA/Macro, Power Point, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Pro, building and deploy Power BI app to users is an advantage
- Good knowledge in PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
- Experience in programming languages such as Python and R would be a plus
- Good communication skills & visualization skills
- Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
- Well organized and able to meet deadline
