- ** LOVE** making games**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commissions, and terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and finance, to ensure successful execution of affiliate marketing programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for affiliate marketing
- Conduct competitive research to identify new affiliate opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track affiliate performance metrics
- Maintain a high level of communication and transparency with affiliate partners to ensure ongoing success and growth of partnerships
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program, including recruitment and retention of top-performing partners
- Provide support to affiliates, answer their questions and resolve issues

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage affiliate relationships
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
