** Your Role**: The Air Logistics Gateway & Procurement Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing air freight operations, managing gateway activities, and supporting procurement efforts to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset to develop vendor relationships, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across air logistics functions.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day air logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement inclusive of prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations.
- Monitor and control gateway operations, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other partners to achieve optimal service and cost efficiencies.
- Have a good understanding of Aircraft types and configurations, routings and equipment experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and carriers.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with service providers to secure favorable agreements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and address any service-related issues or improvements.
- Monitor and analyze logistics costs, identifying areas for potential savings.
- Prepare regular reports on cost, efficiency, and performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to optimize load planning, routing, and handling procedures. Ensure all operations align with company standards and industry best practices.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in air logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Able to work in Denpasar International Airport.
- Strong understanding of air freight operations and gateway processes.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience of governance and control in relation to Dangerous Goods, Customs and Aviation Security are added advantage.
