We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern. This position will take an interesting part in the Talent Acquisition Team. You will get the opportunity to partner with other team members to reach organizational goals in our rocketship and hyper growth phase.
About Flip
Rafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. What you'll do:
- Supporting the TA team in doing talent sourcing activities for various roles and levels throughout the organization.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in managing hiring data and documents, in order to provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market and data intelligence.
- Taking the opportunity to act as a good organization representative when interacting and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and potential talents, to ensure they have great experience with Flip.
What you'll need:
- Final semester or fresh graduate in any major, who is passionate in Human Resources field, preferably Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Administration.
- Available for 3-6 months internship period
- Fluent both written and oral communication in English
- Familiarity with Google Suites
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment (VUCA) and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
