**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and propose new menu, including creating and maintaining standard drink recipe
- Improve or modify existing menu
- Provide direction and control on drink preparation, in making and mixology process
- Control drink quality before serving
- Monitoring and controlling ingredient to ensure consistency and quality
- Selecting vendors for ingredients and/or bar equipment purchase
- Responsible for ordering and purchasing ingredient, including receiving ingredient to ensure quality is met
- Responsible for cost and inventory control, and also conduct monthly inventory
- Control waste management
- Collaborate with GM, Head Chef and Sales & Marketing team in term of promotions
- Maintain Bar equipment to avoid breakage or broken equipment
- Schedule Bar equipment maintenance
- Arrange equipment purchase or repair
- Maintain cleanliness standard in all Bar area
- Able to create beverage menu and mixology
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and good communication skill
- Energetic, passionate, result oriented, excellent team player
- Excellent organisational skills and detail orientation

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- 2-3 years, Previous experience in 5 Hotels or equivalent as Assistant Bartender or Head Bartender
- Prof Cert, Diploma, Adv Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Grad, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree
