**DESKRIPSI KERJA**
- Membantu Manager HRD dalam menjalankan kebijakan perusahaan dan system pengelolaan SDM
- Menangani semua tugas sehubungan dengan divisi HR
- Menangani perjanjian kerja dan kontrak karyawan
- Menjalankan fungsi HR secara menyeluruh; rekrutmen, payroll, training & development, compensation & benefit, employee relation
- Memastikan kegiatan HR selaras dengan strategi perusahaan, mencapai KPI yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan
- Melakukan pembinaan kepada seluruh departemen dalam mengatasi masalah karyawan
- Melakukan Induction Training
- Melakukan exit interview
- Membuat laporan bulanan & pencapaian KPI
