In order to support the Life Time Supply-OC department, we are looking for Global Process Specialist at our plant in Kavadarci** **who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success

**Tasks**:

- Leading and coordinating projects for the regional implementation of service concepts and processes
- Responsible participation in the development and optimization of concepts, processes, systems and methods (e.g. development of process and equipment standards and improvement concepts in cooperation with responsible central units, implementation of lessons learned reviews, etc.)
- Participation in the development of innovative concepts in coordination with the supervisor and participation in the presentation of the projects in a coordinated innovation roadmap.
- Participation in decision-making about cooperation with external service providers based on the necessary technologies/products in coordination with the supervisor
- Permanent observation of the international markets with regard to technological developments within and outside the industry as well as customer and competitor behavior. Recognizing trends and participating in the development of innovative development opportunities and benchmarks
- Support in the definition and optimization of internal standards and processes within their own area of expertise

**Profile**:

- Professional education usually acquired through a bachelor’s degree or professional certification with a few (3-5) years of experience in the related field
- Proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field requiring an understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge
- Ability to communicates in global service
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Customer oriented and Process oriented thinking
