Sales Executive

_Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel_
- _Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements_
- _Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel_
- _Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary_
- _Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement_
- _Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately_
- _Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties_
- _Coordinate and organize the details of an event such as catering, lodging, seating, and security_
- _Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals_
- _Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage_
**Requirement**
- _Strategic and creative mindset_
- _Has minimum 3 years experiences in similar position_
- _Strong communication skill_
- _Excellent in English both of written and verbal_
- _Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task_
- _High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude_
- _Able to join immediately_
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Sales: 2 years (required)
