**Requirement**:

- Melakukan evaluasi atas proses bisnis (SOP) yang sudah berjalan
- Membantu pembuatan SOP atas suatu proses bisnis baru/existing namun belum memiliki SOP.
- Mengidentifikasi kelemahan dalam suatu proses bisnis dari segi desain, maupun kurangnya kontrol dari business process owner
- Melakukan analisa terhadap adanya gap/bottle neck proses bisnis dan menemukan potensi/peluang ide perbaikan yang inovatif dan aplikatif (dapat diterapkan)
- Memastikan kecukupan dan efektifitas internal control dalam seluruh proses bisnis
- Melakukan perbaikan yang diperlukan atas proses bisnis perusahaan (termasuk revisi dan update SOP), untuk memastikan bahwa proses bisnis berjalan secara efektif dan efisien dalam penggunaan sumberdaya perusahaan, serta untuk mengamankan aset perusahaan
- Memberikan arahan kepada subordinate dalam melakukan review atas proses bisnis, maupun penugasan lainnya
- Membuat laporan progress dan hasil pekerjaan, serta melakukan presentasi kepada manajemen, jika diperlukan”
