**We are looking for someone with**:
- University degree from reputable university
- Ability to communicate all initiative related to company strategies and elaborate to the LP and Leaders
- Strong Leadership skill
- Ability to execute task punctually

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
**On the job you will**:
- Identifying Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential new markets, products, partnerships, and clients.
- Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders to facilitate new business ventures.
- Developing Strategies: Creating and implementing business development plans that align with the company’s goals for growth and expansion.
- Negotiating Deals: Leading negotiations and closing deals with clients or partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with marketing, ODS/ADS, and product teams to ensure business development efforts align with the company’s overall strategy
