- Work closely with clients and event planners to understand event requirements, ensuring that the client's vision is executed to satisfaction.
- Oversee the setup and teardown of banquet rooms according to the specifics of the event.
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule banquet staff, ensuring the right number of staff members are present for each event.
- Handle any client or guest issues, ensuring satisfaction. Foster good relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Oversee the maintenance, inventory, and ordering of banquet equipment and supplies.

Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Banquet Operation Manager
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
