**Responsibilities**:
- This position will oversee all aspects of HRGA practices and processes, meet the business's needs, and ensure the effective implementation of the company's strategy and objectives. This includes promoting the organization's core values and facilitating business success through various human resources functions such as job design, recruitment, performance management, procurement, management, Talent Management and facilities management services.
- Wide authority to develop the company from the Head of HR perspective.
- Create, monitor, and enhance HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Cultivate a conducive and positive working environment.
- Foster positive management and employee relations by addressing employee demands, grievances, and other related issues.
- Handle administrative tasks, including those related to the canteen and facility team.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system aimed at driving high performance.
- Provide support for current and future business requirements through employee development, engagement, and motivation.
- Take charge of the recruitment and selection process.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing Generalist, Business Partner Stakeholder and Operations
- Prior experience in tech companies will be preferred.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and administration skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
- Strong business acumen
- Strong process and project management skills
