- Ensure that dishes are prepared and presented according to the menu and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of cooking equipment.
- Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including notifying the chef or supervisor of low stock levels.
- Be willing to assist with various tasks in the kitchen as needed, including food prep, dishwashing, and cleaning.
