- Manage and (if necessary) build the team handling the finance operations for Traveloka products
- Work and liaise with product, corporate technology, legal and other finance team to design, build and refine the finance processes of new and existing products
- Responsible for Revenue-to-Receivables finance operations aspects of assigned products in the countries where Traveloka operates, including but not limited to finance recording, adjustments, reconciliation, Internal control and audit requirements
- Maintain the completeness and accuracy of financial accounts numbers related to the assigned products in the Balance Sheet and P&L
- Ensure month-end closing process related to the products are done on-time
- Have 5-8 years experience with at least 3-4 years-experience managing a team or handling accounting/reporting/finance operations in MNCs/technology Company, which includes a career in a Big 4 or other leading consulting firm;
- Familiar with Order-to-Cash/Revenue-to-Receivables processes and control
- Thrive working in an environment where problem solving is the norm;
- Like to deconstruct status quo processes to its smallest pieces, understand the technology that surrounds them then improve them to be more effective and efficient, with a track record to prove;
- Build, coach, motivate and nurture a team and promote a collaborative working environment;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity;
- Are used to work with multiple, diverse stakeholders;
- Speak advance and Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Understand how tax and legal aspects should be considered in a business model;
- Are used to tinker with large, complex spreadsheet; and
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree is an advantage) in Finance/Accounting
