**Apa yang dilakukan seorang intern HR?**

Seorang intern HR membantu dalam berbagai tugas administratif dan berpartisipasi dalam mengorganisir acara perusahaan untuk mendukung departemen HR. Peran ini memberikan pengalaman praktis yang berharga dalam proses HR, memungkinkan HR intern untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang fungsi-fungsi HR dan berkontribusi pada kelancaran operasional departemen.

**Persyaratan**:

- S1 Semua Jurusan
- Memahami dan dapat mengoperasikan MS Office
- Dapat berbahasa Inggris lisan atau tulisan lebih diminati
- Memiliki keterampilan berorganisasi; komunikatif; mampu beradaptasi dengan baik
- Dapat bergabung bulan Desember 2024 atau Januari 2025
- Dikarenakan HR Intern akan bertugas di kantor di Denpasar, Bali, maka diutamakan kandidat yang telah bertempat tinggal di Bali.

**Informasi**:

- Jangka waktu internship: 6 (enam) bulan
- Fee per hari untuk HR Intern: Rp. 25,000, dibayarkan di akhir bulan
- Selama melaksanakan internship, **HR Intern **akan didaftarkan di **BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk fasilitas Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja & Jaminan Kematian**:

- HR Intern akan diberikan Sertifikat Intership setelah masa internship selesai.
