**FLOOR CAPTAIN IN UBUD**

New and exciting Restaurant and Bar in Bali, looking for a positive, goal-driven and well-rounded in Operational. We are welcoming who are up to the challenge to run their team and make it the best Restaurant and Bar in Ubud.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 years experiences as Supervisor or 4 years as Waiter/ss/hostess
- Have an excellent communication, leadership skills (proactive and passionate in working with and leading a team)
- Able to communicate and report to Manager and all respectable parties
- Have a flexible approach to working hours, and the ability to plan and manage time effectively
- Motivated, self-driven, strategic thinker, strong conceptual thinker and target oriented
- Service-minded and guest-oriented, have a strong interest in current F&B trend
- Computer literacy, good in reading and analyzing data and knowledge in computer software programs like Microsoft Office, POS (both front-end and back-end), etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English (able to speak any other languages is a plus)
- Strong ability to spot and resolve problem, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure
- Proven track record in training

**Responsibilities**:

- Motivate and nurture a positive work environment and culture
- Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar to maintain enjoyable guest experience
- Oversee stock and inventory management, minimizing waste
- Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Manager and Head Chef to improve F&B offer or promotion, and making necessary improvements that would boost brand awareness and profitability.
- Maintain the quality of services across the restaurant
- Develop, organize, implement, assess, and enhance the staff training program
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with the HR & Head department on staff performance
