- Acquire and manage based on product categories (Agri input Product)
- Initiate and maintain good communication and relationships with Principal Multinational Agribusiness Company
- Build inventory plan on relevant product categories in accordance to the seasonalities, P&L target, and other relevant metrics
- Coordinate with Price team on price and margin to be offered to relevant Principals/Procurement team
- Make decisions on who to buy from based on relevant metrics and priorities
- Able to negotiate and offer relevant marketing products and solutions to achieve objectives, with coordination with Price and Marketing teams
- Responsible for determining the campaigns, promos, and discounts that are suitable, on coordination with Marketing team
- Continuously assertive and proactive in improving product categories performance through varieties of action plans

**Qualifications**
- Agri input Business Understanding - Commercial, Agronomy
- Agri input category business acumen - understanding of commercial, Agronomy, Fulfillment, and Distribution
- Critical technical, professional, and personal capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business and Financial acumen
- Self-motivation and ability to travel

**Additional Information**
- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
