Office Manger

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of our co-working space. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the space, while supporting the work of management and other staff.
Location: Sarana Square, Tebet, South Jakarta
Employment Type: Full-Time
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Have experience in co-working space is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing budgets and expenses is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Supervise administrative staff and provide support to management and other departments as needed.
- Coordinate and manage office functions, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage office budget and expenses, including processing invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist and coordinating IT setup and office orientation.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees.
- Maintain co-working records, files, and databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
