1. Menangani pertanyaan & keluhan Customer melalui saluran Omni
Channel (chat) maupun Inbound Call (voice)
2. Melayani para customer dan memberikan segala informasi produk
dan layanan yang perusahaan mereka.
3. Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara pelanggan dengan
perusahaan
4. Membantu mengatasi keluhan, pesanan, kesalahan atau error, tagihan,
pembatalan dan berbagai jenis pertanyaan lainnya
5. Bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memelihara peralatan kantor,
seperti telepon, dan hal - hal lain yang digunakan dalam
pekerjaannya.
6. Product Knowledge yang bagus yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan
7. Menyimpan catatan interaksi dengan customer, transaksi, komentar
dan keluhan
8. Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan client/customer jika
diperlukan
9. Memberikan umpan balik tentang efisiensi pelayanan customer yang
telah diberikan
