**Inbound Manager** responsibilities all day-to-day activities, customer service and the performance of Inbound calls. Maintain customer service excellence during every customer interaction.

**What You Will Do**

a) Meet all Key Performance Metrics established
b) Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
c) Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
d) Continuously review standard operating processes and workflows to identify ways to improve and
increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
e) Supervising day to day operation in the customer service division
f) Establish and maintain a positive work environment, which sustains an exceptionally high level of team
member morale.
g) Promotes and coordinates communication between all departments.

**Requirements**:
1) Diploma/Bachelors degree in any field
2) 5 years of Call Center leadership preferred
3) Experience in customer service is required
4) Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
5) Strong English communication skills.
6) Excellent presentation skills
7) Excellent problem solving/resolution skills
8) Self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented
9) Professional, proactive, positive and can-do attitude
10) Ability to take initiative and work independently

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak, Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp9.000.000 - Rp10.000.000 per bulan
