CERAH adalah proyek yang bertujuan untuk mendukung kepemimpinan Perempuan dalam aksi dan respon terhadap perubahan iklim yang berdampak kepada kesehatan reproduksinya. Sesuai dengan konteks dan kekhasan setiap wilayah, Proyek CERAH bekerja sama dan memperkuat ketangguhan system kesehatan primer terhadap dampak perubahan iklim. Upaya-upaya akan dilakukan untuk memperkuat alur layanan kesehatan reproduksi dan layanan kekerasan berbasis gender bagi Perempuan dan remaja Perempuan, khususnya yang berasal dari kelompok marjinal. CERAH diimplementasikan di Propinsi Sulawesi tengah dengan wilayah fokus di Kabupaten Sigi, Kabupaten Donggala, dan Kabupaten Parigi Moutong.

HSS Field Officer CERAH bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan implementasi kegiatan proyek sesuai dengan rencana kerja/workplan dalam linimasa yang telah dirancang bersama dan disetujui. Untuk memberikan dukungan optimal dan berkualitas kepada penyedia layanan kesehatan reproduksi, posisi ini akan berkoordinasi erat dengan Health System Strengthening (HSS) Specialist.

Posisi ini melapor kepada Climate Change Specialist, bekerja erat dengan Community Access & Mobilization (CAM) Field Officer CERAH, serta unit kerja lain di Yayasan IPAS Indonesia untuk memastikan implementasi proyek Climate Justice yang berkualitas dan akuntabel.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Manajemen Proyek:

- Dalam supervisi _Climate Change Specialist_, berpartisipasi dalam menyusun _Detailed Implementation Plan_ (DIP) aspek penguatan kesehatan layanan kesehatan, sesuai dengan rencana kerja/_workplan_ dan linimasa tahunan yang disetujui oleh CAM Advisor/Team Leader.
- Berkoordinasi dan memastikan adanya asistensi teknis dari HSS Specialist agar DIP CERAH mencerminkan langkah-langkah yang tepat dalam memastikan layanan kesehatan reproduksi komprehensif.
- Menyusun Kerangka Acuan Kegiatan/ToR untuk melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah disetujui di dalam DIP.
- Memastikan kualitas implementasi kegiatan.
- Menyampaikan laporan perkembangan kegiatan komponen HSS baik kepada _Climate Change_ _Specialist_ maupun HSS _Specialist_, dan pembelajarannya agar peningkatan kualitas implementasi proyek dapat senantiasa dilakukan.

M&E
- Mendokumentasikan kegiatan ke dalam format dan produk yang relevan, serta melakukan penyimpanan di portal yang telah disediakan (misalnya Luna dan Terra)
- Jika dibutuhkan, berkontribusi dalam proses formulasi pembelajaran dalam isu KtPA, Keluarga Berencana (KB), Asuhan Pasca Keguguran (APK), ataupun isu Hak Kesehatan Seksual dan Reproduksi (HKSR) lainnya

Asisten Teknis:

- Bersama dengan HSS _Specialist_, memberikan asistensi teknis kepada fasilitas kesehatan mitra piloting, Dinas Kesehatan terkait, ataupun pihak lain yang terkait dengan layanan kesehatan reproduksi.

Laporan:

- Berkontribusi kepada laporan bulanan proyek
- Berkontribusi kepada persiapan laporan kepada donor dan stakeholder lain baik dalam bentuk input data maupun narasi

Keuangan:

- Memahami keseluruhan kebijakan Keuangan di Yayasan IPAS Indonesia
- Memastikan seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan CERAH sesuai dengan kebijakan Keuangan Yayasan IPAS Indonesia. Tremasuk di dalamnya adalah memastikan kelengkapan bukti-bukti transaksi dan pelaporan yang tepat waktu

HR & Administrasi
- Memahami dan mematuhi kebijakan HR di Yayasan IPAS Indonesia
- Bekerja sama dengan tim lain untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan aman di Yayasan IPAS Indonesia
- Memastikan seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan Arunika sesuai dengan kebijakan administrasi dan pengadaan di Yayasan IPAS Indonesia

Etik
- Memahami praktek, proses dan perilaku yang beretika sesuai dengan standar organisasi
- Berkontribusi kepada terciptanya lingkungan kerja dimana semua orang mendapatkan perlakuakn yang setara dan bermartabat
- Memastikan bahwa konsultan eksternal memahami dan melaksanakan proses dan berperilaku etis dalam kemitraannya di proyek-proyek Yayasan IPAS Indonesia

Lain-lain
- Bersedia melaksanakan tugas lain jika diperlukan

Kualifikasi
- Sarjana dengan latar belakang yang sesuai (kesehatan atau kesehatan masyarakat) dengan lebih dari tiga (3) tahun pengalaman kerja di isu pembangunan.
- Mempunyai pengetahuan mendalam tentang penguatan sistem kesehatan.
- Pengalaman bekerja dalam isu kesehatan perempuan adalah keharusan. Pengalaman bekerja dalam isu kesehatan reproduksi perempuan dan/atau layanan bagi korban dan penyintas Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan dan Anak akan menjadi nilai tambah.
- Pengalaman bekerja dalam isu humanitarian, kebencanaan atau respon kebencanaan akan menjadi nilai tambah.
- Berpengalaman bekerja di Lembaga Non Pemerintah.
- Berpengalaman bekerja dengan fasilitas kesehatan, tenaga medis dan kesehatan, termasuk di dalamnya adalah yang berasal dari organisasi pemerintah maupun non-pemerintah.
- Lancar berbahasa Indonesia baik verbal maupun tertulis
- Memahami Bahasa Inggris akan menjadi keuntungan
- Memahami dan dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office Suite
