- Inventory problematic plots of land in the area to be developed.
- Collaborate with the land measurement department to obtain accurate data regarding land boundaries.
- Monitor the implementation of land contractor activities to ensure that land acquisition targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal parties (surveyors, land legal verification, security financers) and external parties (contractors, village heads, sub-district heads, regional heads) so that land acquisition activities run smoothly.
- Monitor and check budgets and land acquisition reports to obtain valid reports.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Law, Geodesy, Land/Agrarian or Civil.
- Minimum 6 years work experience in the field of land acquisition and 2 years experience in the same position.
- Having a good negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in the legal field of land acquisition.
- Ability to analyze land letters and documents.
- Has a network of relationships, especially within government agencies.
- Computer Literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata Cibubur.
