**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and using data to inform decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication in English
- Used to / familiar operate HRIS
Role & Responsibility:
- Headcount planning
- Monthly organization chart
- Monthly booklet org chart
- Reorganization approval ; termination, job rotation, relocation etc
- Exit clearance process
- Turnover analysis reason
- Administrative letter distribution
- Presentation material to HQ / President Director
