**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to the ASEAN Sales Leader, the Indonesia Sales Leader will be responsible for the regional team driving sales across a range of diverse markets, including General Industry, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Rail, Mining & Metals, Maritime, Microgrid and Defence. With the support of technical resources in the region, our global centres of excellence and at the various GE Power Conversion factories, the Sales Leader will coordinate the various offerings of power electronics, rotating machines, automation & control, digital and services pivotal to the operation and decarbonization across these industries.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Leadership, growth and development of the Indonesia sales and associated support functions, driving both short and medium/long term sales strategies for the GE Power Conversion portfolio, ensuring appropriate sales coverage and performance to plan.
- Secure key new unit and project opportunities for the Indonesian market.
Own and nurture relationships and opportunities development of key OEM, and EPC accounts in Indonesia.
- Guidance of the services sales and fleet manager team that provide services, products, and support to the Indonesia installed base.
- Accountability of key business metrics, including Orders, Down Payments and Sales Margin growth.
- Be the voice of the customer and able to translate their needs cross-functionally within GE Power Conversion organization.
- Develop and mentor a high performing commercial team across Indonesia.
Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience in offering solutions to General Industry, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Rail, Mining & Metals, Maritime, Microgrid and Defence Segments
- Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience with at least 5-10 years in a similar capacity or industry focus
- Sales team leadership experience
- Proven track record in the ability to sell both complex systems and products
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team builder with a positive outlook
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
- Self-confident and goal-oriented achiever
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytic approach to problem solving
- Sound business acumen.
