Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Meeting and exceeding your personal sales target
- Responding to inbound leads within your assigned geographical territory, employing professional selling skills to qualify, engage, follow-up and cross-sell
- Progressing prospects to the next stage of the sales cycle
- Demonstrating Mettler Toledo solutions based on customer requirements
- Detecting up-selling potential, qualifying sales leads and obtaining basic information
- Accurately quoting and promoting products, services, and solutions within your assigned specialty area
- Tracking, recording, and updating data ensuring database and reporting integrity
- Identifying trends and making recommendations on alternative sales offers or approaches

What You Need to Succeed
- A Diploma 3 /Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic
- Fresh Graduate, max 2 years experiences
- The ability to communicate product knowledge, differentiate from the competition and solve customer problems
- Excellent people skills to create rapport with prospects quickly

- Adaptable with good communication skills
- Having experience in handling weighing instruments is an advantage
- Preferably living in Bekasi Area
